This Mudaraba Term Deposit Account is a Mudaraba Agreement as per Islamic Shariah between the depositor and Grow Grain Private Ltd.
Here the depositor is the Sahibul-Mal (owner of the money) and Grow Grain Private Ltd. is the Mudarib (business manager)
As it is a Shariah based Mudaraba Contract which means partnership of labor and capital, where one partner provides the entire capital and the other manages the business by investing his time and labor. The provider of capital is called Sahib-al-Mal or the provider of capital and the user of capital is called Mudarib or the Business manager or agent. Therefore, no option for investors to exit in case of emergency as per Mudaraba agreement. Here Grow Grain Ltd. operates the said business and investors provide the entire capital for the project. Therefore, Grow Grain cannot refund your investment before the completion of the project.
Investors will enter into a Shariah based Mudaraba Muqaiyada contract and engage in Halal investment to provide full capital for the project and Grow Grain will commit to the success of the Onion Preservation by managing the business with their skilled manpower, labor, time and talent. Grow Grain will act as the agent or Mudarib of the Investors and will assume the risk of ownership and possession of the assets by the Investors by managing the project and then sell them to the listed traders and distribute the dividends to the Investors according to the Mudaraba agreement. Or the investor has to bear any loss in the business or project without violation of rules.
We accept investments for the purpose of project implementation depending on our long business experience, efficiency, internal analysis and audit report after checking the market. Moreover, enlisted traders agree to purchase the Onion Preservation at a markup of 19% (Average Mark Up). Excluding the project community this profit will be divided into two parts i.e. investor's share of 18.50%-20.50% and the rest of money will be received as dividend by Grow Grain.
Mudaraba Mukaiyada Profit or Shariah Return will be 37%-41% per annum. In Six (6) months, the investor will receive 18.50%-20.50% Halal dividend as per Mudaraba agreement.
The total investment amount will be 48,50,000/=. This investment will be for 6 Months / 180 days. Note: The Shariah return calculation starts from the day after the investment opportunity in the current project ends or the campaign ends.
The Minimum investment in this project is 11,800tk or investor can invest maximum as per the investment project. And will get Halal dividend every Six (6) months according to the amount of his or her investment. For Example: If an Investor invests 1,00,000 tk (one lakh), he will receive 1,00,000 tk as part of investment and 18,500-20,500 tk as per of Mudaraba Muqaiyada profit in 6 months.
In case of Mudaraba Muqaiyada contract, the loss has to be borne by the investor. However, if the loss is due to breach of rules, negligence or breach of contract by the Mudarib / Grow Grain authority, then Grow Grain will have to bear the responsibility for this loss, if the contract is not renewed at the end of the transaction, it will be canceled automatically.
Although there are some risks in this Production like how will the weather be, how will the yield be, how will the market price be, whether there will be an economic downturn or not, how will the market competition be, how will the consumer demand after production be, how will the regulatory compliance be, etc. But our skilled Field & Production Manager, trading and procurement experts are confident of making profits by managing the above-mentioned risks efficiently. So, our internal analysis puts the project risk at 5%.

There is also... 1) Authorize Invoice as per Company Act 1994 after investment in Grow Grain project from minimum unit price up to Tk 2 lakh taka. 2) Get Authorize Invoice + Security Cheque according to Company Act 1994 for investment in Grow Grain project above 2 lakh taka. 3) Deed of Agreement + Security Cheque + Authorize Invoice according to Company Act 1994 on investment of 4 lakh taka or Above in Grow Grain project.
