Grow GRAIN:The dream was very big but the path was difficult but with strong will the difficult path and a time becomes smooth, and so the journey of Grow Grain started from a small village with a strong desire to be with the farmers.

Don't take loans from banks due to farmer's hardships, aspiration of agricultural work, financial instability, social disrespect and deprivation of fair value, black paw of middlemen, lack of proper training on latest agricultural seeds, fertilizers, pesticides along with climate change, ignorance and lack of legal knowledge.  Found, Mahajan took loans with high interest rates and could not repay them later  Grow Grain started the journey as a transitional step in considering the loss of land ownership.

11 years ago in a village, 7 young bright people pooled their small savings and vowed to stand by farmers and agriculture.  In the later period, the prosperous upper class of the society stood by such a great initiative of Grow Grain.  Grow Grain is contributing to regional development by forming a fund for regional development through agriculture, training various farmers, supplying modern agricultural machinery, providing pesticides, supplying seeds, proper project management, marketing at fair prices.

The biggest sector of employment in Bangladesh is agriculture, but due to disrespect, economic uncertainty, proper training, most of the less educated and highly educated people of Bangladesh prefer jobs more than agriculture.  Unfortunately, the son of the farmer of this country no longer wants to work in agriculture, so considering the overall situation, Grow Grain is determined to play a role in increasing employment in agriculture, creating entrepreneurs by proving agriculture as a profitable business and everything related to agriculture.

 Currently, in 17 zones, Grow Grain has helped 2,373 farmers in various ways, including providing improved agricultural machinery to 79, training to 113, fertilizer, seeds, pesticides to 1,941, and poultry, chicken, cattle, and sheep to 230 families.  Helped to farm.  This number is increasing every day.  The Grow Grain family is growing.
