Grow Grain is contributing to regional development by forming a fund for regional development through agriculture, training various farmers, supplying modern agricultural machinery, providing pesticides, supplying seeds, proper project management, marketing at fair prices.
The biggest sector of employment in Bangladesh is agriculture, but due to disrespect, economic uncertainty, proper training, most of the less educated and highly educated people of Bangladesh prefer jobs more than agriculture. Unfortunately, the son of the farmer of this country no longer wants to work in agriculture, so considering the overall situation, Grow Grain is determined to play a role in increasing employment in agriculture, creating entrepreneurs by proving agriculture as a profitable business and everything related to agriculture.
